"The Music Man's" musical memories as well as the love of the "Soulful 1960's &1970's caused him to start collecting the artists and songs that helped him to relive those fond musical memories and times.

As "The Music Man" collected, categorized, play-listed and allowed others to listen to his classic soul music collection, people would request him to play a certain song that reminded them of when they saw a particular soul group or artist in concert or when they dated their high school sweetheart.

From the classic soul music requests made in the home, made in the park or made at the beach, "The Music Man" received requests to DJ events with the understanding he would only be playing classic love songs, classic soul music, real jazz, smooth jazz and holiday classic soul music.
